1. If you (our customer) have a problem with some equipment telephone us here at Selcoms and we will try to diagnose the problem there and then on the phone.
2. If we are unable to come up with a an immediate solution, or if the unit seems to be faulty, then you will be advised to log the unit on our RMA web site here (or if the fault is with Motorola/Ruckus equipment, we will put you directly in touch with their respective returns departments).
3. You (our customer) will then fill out the online RMA form. When you have completed the form you will automatically be given an RMA number. We (Selcoms) are immediately alerted that you are submitting an RMA to us.
4. We will immediately check the warrantee status of your unit(s).
5. You (our customer) then sends the Unit back via your own courier, with the RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box, to us here at:

6. We will then examine the fault and either repair on site, or return if necessary the unit(s) back to the manufacturer for repair.
7. Once the unit has been received and repaired by the manufacturer the manufacturer will then send the unit(s) back to us here.
8. We will then return the units to you (our customer) using our own couriers.
