RETURNS | RMA PROCEDURE >

1. If you (the customer) wish to return any working equipment to us, then fill in the online returns form.

2. After the form is completed, Selcoms are alerted and will send you an email within 48 hours, letting you know whether your return has been authorised, and giving you a returns ticket number.

3. You will then have 30 days to send the unit(s) back via your own courier to:
Mitchell House
Unit 4 Woolley Barns
Wantage
Oxfordshire
OX128TA

4. The box must be clearly marked on the outside with the returns ticket number when it is returned, otherwise the delivery will be refused.

5. Once it has arrived, Selcoms will check:

The condition of the unit(s)
That everything is in full working order
That all the components of the product are in the box or accompanying the product
That the serial numbers and other details match what was submitted on the returns ticket.

If there is a problem regarding the condition or working order of the unit(s), then your Account Manager will be immediately informed and they will be responsible for dealing with you over this.

6. Once it is confirmed that the unit(s) are fit to be returned to stock, Selcoms will issue you with a credit note.
